WHO WE ARE

Founded in 1981 by a group of local Bible Study participants seeking to help people in Bowling Green living in poverty, HOTEL INC got its name from an acronym inspired by the donation of an old historic hotel to their mission. That acronym was “Helping Others Through Extending Love in the Name of Christ.” While the old building was used only very briefly due to an arson that destroyed the building, the organization moved its base of operations to the “little rock church” owned by the Presbyterian Church of Bowling Green and has been here in the Delafield neighborhood ever since. Today, HOTEL INC serves people in need regardless of age, race, ethnicity, country of origin, language, gender, sexual orientation, family makeup, religion, faith or creed.

YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS

Moving people from homelessness to housing they can sustain on their own requires a community effort, which is why we collaborate with multiple organizations and volunteers to provide the necessary supports to help people move from the crisis of today toward stability and a path to a thriving future. We are always looking for people with the drive, expertise and resources to help in this effort. You can help end homelessness in Warren County!
