Volunteer

Use your time and talents to support our mission. From administrative help to supporting events or teaching classes, there’s a place for you

Join the Board

We are governed by a board of directors with diverse skill sets and backgrounds to maintain integrity and trust for the community we serve. The board meets monthly, with some commitments to events and activities expected in addition to these monthly board times. All Board Members are required to complete a background check upon application for membership.

Serve on Our Welcome Home Team

Help us move people into housing, prepare their spaces, perform maintenance/upkeep on our transitional housing and medical respite units and grounds, and other handyman or other practical tasks.

Volunteer in the Office

We need volunteers who enjoy administrative tasks like greeting guests, answering phones, stuffing envelopes and handling general office work.

Serve on a Committee

Committees provide additional support to our programs by bringing fresh ideas, perspectives, hands and talents to areas of interest. Here are some committees that can use your help!

Delafield Co-Op Market

Have an interest in food, marketing and local food access? This could be the place for you!

Events Committee

From fundraising events like Farm to Table and Breakfast Club to special services in our chapel and regular open houses, we welcome planners, decorators, planners and hosts to participate in our Events Committee

Advocacy, Media & Communications

Do you like to tell stories, take photos or influence others about needs in our community? Have a knack for social media or talking to people? This could be the space for you!

Serve with Street Medicine or Street Outreach

Do you have skilled medical training and licensing? You might be a good fit for our Street Medicine & Medical Respite team. If you do not have medical training but like to meet people where they are, you might be a good fit to partner with us and other organizations on outreach at Life Nav Center, and out to encampments and other places.

YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS

Moving people from homelessness to housing they can sustain on their own requires a community effort, which is why we collaborate with multiple organizations and volunteers to provide the necessary supports to help people move from the crisis of today toward stability and a path to a thriving future. We are always looking for people with the drive, expertise and resources to help in this effort. You can help end homelessness in Warren County!
